This policy explains what cookies and similar technologies Soulful Horizons uses on this website, why we use them, and how you can control them. It should be read alongside our Privacy Policy.

We do not use advertising cookies, tracking cookies, social media cookies, or analytics tools such as Google Analytics.

3. Strictly Necessary Storage

The sh_cookie_consent and sh_bodytalk_unlocked items are strictly necessary for the site to function as expected. Under UK GDPR and PECR (Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations), strictly necessary cookies do not require your consent. However, we still tell you about them here in the interest of transparency.

If you reject non-essential storage, your workbook responses will not be saved between sessions, and Google Fonts will be blocked (the site will fall back to a system serif font).

5. How to Control Cookies in Your Browser

Please note that clearing browser storage will delete any workbook responses you have saved locally, and will reset your access code — you will need to re-enter it.

6. Deleting Your Workbook Data

Because your workbook responses are stored entirely on your device, only you can delete them. To do so, clear your browser's localStorage for this site — instructions are available via the browser links above. We cannot delete this data on your behalf because we have no access to it.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy when we add new features to the site (for example, if we introduce analytics or change how workbook data is stored). When we do, we will update the "last updated" date above.
