One-to-one coaching for women who are done being easy to manage. Online, wherever you are.
The prices are on this page. You will never have to ask me what it costs.
Is this you?
This is for the woman who looks like she's coping. Good at her job, kids sorted, life fine on paper, and flat. Who says yes before she's checked whether she meant it. Who knows all the words by now — people-pleasing, nervous system, boundaries — and is still stuck, because knowing was never the missing bit. Who has talked to her friends, read the books, watched the videos, and needs to work it through with someone directly.
You don't need to be in crisis. You don't need a label. You don't need to have the words yet.
This is coaching: one to one, sixty minutes on Zoom, every two weeks, six times, across three months. It is not therapy, and I'll say more about that further down. It is not a course you watch alone at eleven at night. There are no affirmations and there will be no vision board.
It's a working relationship with someone who has read the theory and lived the thing. We find out what's been keeping you quiet. Then we change what you do about it, and by the end you can do that part without me.
Women who need clinical therapeutic support right now. I'll be honest about that distinction and point you somewhere better. Women looking for someone to tell them what to do. Women who aren't ready to have their current story looked at directly, which is a real answer and not a failure of nerve.
Honesty, and the capacity to show up six times. That's it. You don't need to have it figured out. If you had it figured out, you wouldn't need me.
What to expect
Why your body is always braced, and how to get it to stand down long enough to think. Nothing else works until this does.
The good girl, the one who copes, the one who's furious. Where each of them came from, and what each one has been protecting you from.
Not what you're supposed to want. Not what would be easiest for everyone else. Yours. Most women haven't been asked in years.
The specific conversations. How to hold your position when someone pushes, and what to do with the guilt that arrives afterwards.
What changes in the actual shape of your week. Not in theory. In the conversation you have to have with your mother in three weeks.
The tools you're taking with you, and how to use them on yourself when I'm not there. This is the session the other five were for.
Six sessions is enough to move something. It is not enough to solve everything, and I won't pretend otherwise. What most women have by session six is a clearer sense of what they want, a stronger ability to hold their position under pressure, and considerably less guilt about existing. That's a good return on three months.
The fair question
Because you're not buying six hours of encouragement. You're buying three months with someone trained in the psychology of what's happened to you (a Master's in Psychology and Counselling Studies), who spent ten years in corporate rooms that made her smaller, whose own life fell apart before she rebuilt it, and who'll tell you the truth even when it's not what sells.
And you're buying what you leave with. Tools you'll still be using in ten years. A way of reading your own patterns before they run you. Words for the guilt so it stops deciding for you. By the end you don't need me, because you'll know how to coach your own life. That was the point.
Worth saying plainly
Therapy is a clinical container for processing what happened to you, held by a trained and regulated clinician. Coaching is forward-facing and works on what you do next. They're different jobs. Some women need one, some need the other, and plenty have both at once.
I hold a Master's in Psychology and Counselling Studies from Birmingham City University, and the frameworks I work from are established ones: identity development theory, trauma-informed practice, nervous system regulation. That's the ground the coaching stands on. It is not a licence to do clinical work and I won't pretend it is.
If you're in crisis, or if what you need is therapy, I'll tell you that on the free call and help you work out where to go. I'd rather lose the booking than take money for the wrong thing.
What's included
Before we start
"I only work with people I believe I can genuinely help. The discovery call is not a pitch — it is a genuine conversation to make sure this is the right thing for you right now. If it isn't, I'll say so."
Three ways in
Sixty minutes on one knot. A decision you keep circling, a dynamic you can't name, a conversation you cannot work out how to have.
The full arc across three months. Understanding what's been happening, changing what you do about it, and leaving with the tools to keep going. This is the work I'm proudest of.
Everything in The Six, with me closer to it. For when the three months matter enough that you don't want to wait a fortnight to say the thing you thought of on Tuesday.
I'd rather you knew the number before you spoke to me than found it out at the end of a call you felt obliged to stay on. Everything here can be paid in three interest-free instalments through PayPal at checkout, so the number on the page isn't the number you need on the day. If the price is still the thing standing in the way, say so on the call and we'll talk about it honestly. I've been the woman doing sums at the kitchen table. I'm not going to pretend that part isn't real.
Discovery call · free · thirty minutes
Whether you're thinking about one session or the three months, we start the same way: a free thirty-minute conversation to work out whether I'm the right person for you.
It is not a pitch. I only work with women I think I can help, and if you're not one of them I'll say so on the call and tell you what I'd do instead. You already know the prices, so there's nothing waiting at the end of this to catch you out. If you're not sure you can explain it properly, you don't have to. That's what the call is for.
What happens after you book
You get a short form. Answer as much or as little as you want.
We talk for thirty minutes. Bring what you've got.
If it's a yes, we book session one. If it isn't, that's a fine outcome and you owe me nothing.
